Obligation to be a Single Purpose Entity. (i) Borrower has been a Single Purpose Entity at all times since its formation and, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or any other Loan Document to the contrary, will continue to be a Single Purpose Entity at all times until the Loans have been paid in full.
