Obligation to Complete Reclamation. (i) The Reorganized Debtors hereby acknowledge their obligations to Fully Reclaim all of their permitted Mining Sites in accordance with the Kentucky Permits and all applicable state and federal laws, without any limitation relating to the amounts included in or required to be deposited or paid into the Restricted Cash Reclamation Account or the amount of any of the Performance Bonds issued pursuant to or in accordance with this Settlement Agreement.
