Obligation to Develop Guidelines. In consultation with the Owner/Society, the VIHA shall develop and establish guidelines to be followed by the Owner/Society (the “Additional Reporting Requirements”) with respect to the disclosure of any information to the VIHA which is not explicitly governed by the Reporting Accountabilities.
