Obligation to Disclose Corporate Opportunities. During the Employee’s employment, the Employee will communicate at once to the Company all business opportunities (including with respect to the acquisition of potential mineral deposits), inventions and improvements in the nature of the business of the Company, or any member of the KOR Group, located anywhere in the world which, during the Employee’s employment hereunder, the Employee may conceive, make, or discover, become aware of, directly or indirectly, or have presented to the Employee in any manner, that relate in any way to the business of the Company or any member of the KOR Group, either as it is now or as it may develop, and such business opportunities, inventions and improvements will become the exclusive property of the Company without any obligation on the part of the Company to make any payment or reimbursement therefor to the Employee in addition to the Base Salary described in this Agreement.
