Obligation to Maintain Grading. After the building or Block is graded in accordance with the Lot Grading Plan and the Certified Building Lot Site Plan, no change shall be made to the actual finished elevation and grading of the building Lot or Block in any way that results in a material alteration of drainage on or across the building Lot or Block or adjacent lands from that shown on the Lot Grading Plan for the adjacent lands or the Owner’s Final Grading Certificate for the building Lot or Block.
