Obligation to Maintain Reserves. The Authority must ensure adequate reserve funds are collected and maintained to cover applicable costs for closure, long-term care, perpetual maintenance, and potential environmental and other remediation related to the System. The amount of reserve funds and methodology to calculate same must be included in the Master Plan.
