The Lender hereby agrees to lend to the Borrower, and the Borrower hereby agrees to borrow from the Lender, the amount of $ under the terms and provisions set forth in this Loan Agreement. The Loan shall be made by the Lender to the Borrower in immediately available funds on the Closing Date to be applied by the Lender on behalf of the Borrower as provided in Section 3.07.
