Obligation to Mitigate. The Affected Party must: (a) keep the other Party fully informed of its plans to minimise the effect of the Force Majeure Event; and (b) subject to reaching agreement concerning any modifications or additions required to give effect to any proposal to minimise the effect of the Force Majeure Event: (i) comply with all reasonable requests made by the other Party relating to the prevention or minimisation of the impact of the Force Majeure Event; and (ii) use all reasonable endeavours to resolve, and minimise the impact of, the Force Majeure Event.
