Obligation to notify and assist. (a) Each Participant must immediately notify in writing the other Participants of any relevant changes to the terms and conditions of the insurance policies it is required to maintain under this Agreement including changes to the available coverage or limits, but only to the extent that the relevant Participant’s insurance policy does not comply with the insurance requirements specified in this Agreement.
