Obligation to Pay Absolute. Except as provided under Section 7.6, the obligations of the Borrower to make payments on the Loans as and when due in accordance with this Agreement shall be unconditional and irrevocable, and shall be paid strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement under all circumstances without any right of compensation or set-off and notwithstanding any defence, right of action or claim of any nature whatsoever which the Borrower may at any time have or have had against the Administrative Agent or the Finance Parties, whether in connection with this Agreement or otherwise.
