Obligation to Pay Commission. In the event that Seller enters into a Contract to Sell or lease, lease/purchase, or lease with an option to purchase the Property or any portion thereof during the term of this Agreement with any buyer, seller agrees to pay Broker’s Commission at the closing (regardless of whether the closing is during or after the term of this Agreement), and if applicable, Broker’s Leasing Commission prior to the commencement of a lease, lease/purchase, or lease with an option to purchase.
Obligation to Pay Commission. Gascor agrees to pay the Agent Commission in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 6.
