Beginning on the date of the satisfaction of all Article 4 pre-requisites, Seller shall sell and Deliver, and Buyer shall purchase and receive, RECs associated with the System up to the Maximum Contract Quantity of RECs, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Buyer shall be obligated to purchase only those RECs Delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by Seller to Buyer during the Delivery Term.
