OBLIGATION TO REFUND. Except as provided by this subchapter, the landlord shall refund the security deposit not later than the 30th day after the date the tenant surrenders the manufactured home lot.
OBLIGATION TO REFUND. The City agrees that it will refund $200,000 to the Parish should the City not complete construction within two years of the date of the Parish disbursement of $200,000 of the traffic signal project in Section 4.01 unless the delays are because of reasons beyond the City’s control. This refund will be paid within ninety days of the end of the two year period.
