Obligation to Supply Information. The Issuer shall prepare and supply, or cause the other parties to the Indenture or the Master Servicing Agreement to prepare and supply, the Administrator with such information regarding the performance of the Indenture or the Master Servicing Agreement as the Administrator may from time to time reasonably request in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder.
