Obligation to Update Disclosure Schedules. The Issuer shall ----------------------------------------- promptly disclose to the Buyer in writing any facts or circumstances arising after the date hereof that would have been required to be reflected on any of the exhibits if such facts or circumstances had existed as of the date hereof. No disclosure made by the Issuer pursuant to this Section 6.1.8 shall be deemed to supplement or amend any of the Disclosure Schedules for purposes of determining the accuracy of any of the representations and warranties of the Issuer set forth herein or for purposes of determining compliance with any of the conditions set forth herein.
