Common use of Obligation upon Default Clause in Contracts

Obligation upon Default. During the continuation of an Event of Default, each Grantor shall use its reasonable efforts to obtain any consents, waivers, or agreements necessary to enable Administrative Agent to exercise its rights and remedies with respect to the Intellectual Property.
