Common use of Obligations after Termination Clause in Contracts

Obligations after Termination. Unless Employer exercises its option under Section 12.5 below to reinstate Executive to Executive's full compensation, duties, functions, responsibilities and authority hereunder for the balance of the original Term, Executive shall have no further obligations or liabilities hereunder after a Disability Termination Date except Executive's obligations under Sections 9 and 10 which shall survive the termination of the Term. After a Disability Termination Date, Employer shall have no further obligations or liabilities hereunder except its obligations under Section 12.4 which shall also survive the termination of the Term.
