Obligations After Transfer. The giving of such consent in one instance shall not preclude the need for Tenant to obtain Landlord's consent to further transfers where required by this Lease. If Tenant is permitted to make any transfer, Tenant shall not be relieved of its obligations, but shall remain liable to Landlord for performance of all such obligations.
