Obligations and Agreement Independent. The obligations of each Guarantor under this Guaranty are independent of the obligations of any other Guarantor or any other Obligor, and a separate action or actions may be brought and prosecuted against any Guarantor whether or not any action is brought against any other Guarantor or any other Obligor and whether or not any other Guarantor or any other Obligor is joined in any such action. This Guaranty shall be construed as a separate agreement with respect to each of the Guarantors and may be amended, modified, supplemented, waived, or released with respect to any Guarantor without the approval of any other Guarantor and without affecting the obligations of any other Guarantor hereunder.
