Obligations Supplemental The obligations of the Receiver, and the Corporation as guarantor in accordance with Section 12.7, to provide indemnification under this Article XII are to supplement any amount payable by any Primary Indemnitor to the Person indemnified under this Article XII. Consistent with that intent, the Receiver agrees only to make payments pursuant to such indemnification to the extent not payable by a Primary Indemnitor. Obligations and Rights Upon receipt of a termination notice for termination in the public interest, Contractor shall be subject to the rights and obligations set forth in §15.A.i.a.
Information Undertakings The undertakings in this Clause 20 remain in force from the date of this Agreement for so long as any amount is outstanding under the Finance Documents or any Commitment is in force.
COUNCIL’S OBLIGATIONS Save as otherwise expressly provided, the obligations of the Council under the Contract are obligations of the Council in its capacity as a contracting counterparty and nothing in the Contract shall operate as an obligation upon, or in any other way xxxxxx or constrain the Council in any other capacity, nor shall the exercise by the Council of its duties and powers in any other capacity lead to any liability under the Contract (howsoever arising) on the part of the Council to the Provider.
