Obligations and Rights of Transferees. (a) Whether or not a Person who acquired any Interest in the Partnership has accepted in writing the terms and provisions of this Agreement and assumed in writing the obligations hereunder of its predecessor in interest, that Person shall be deemed, by the acquisition of the Interest, to have agreed to be subject to and bound by all the obligations of this Agreement with the same effect as any predecessor in interest of that Person.
