Obligations Cumulative. The obligations of the Depositor and NMAC under this Section shall be in addition to any liability that the Depositor or NMAC may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each person, if any, who controls any Underwriter within the meaning of the Act; and the obligations of the Underwriters under this Section shall be in addition to any liability that the respective Underwriters may otherwise have and shall extend, upon the same terms and conditions, to each director of the Depositor or NMAC, to each officer of the Depositor or NMAC who has signed the Registration Statement and to each person, if any, who controls NMAC or the Depositor within the meaning of the Act.
Obligations Cumulative. The Parties’ obligations in this Section 6.03 are cumulative, and a Party’s obligations in any specific clause of this Section 6.03 shall not be interpreted to limit in any way the Parties’ obligations in any other clause.
Obligations Cumulative. Indemnitor's obligations under this Indemnity shall be in addition to any other obligations or liability that Indemnitor may have to the Indemnified Parties at law or in equity, including any obligation of contribution or compensation under the Agreement.

Trustor’s obligations under this indemnity shall be in addition to any other obligations or liability that Trustor may have to the Indemnified Parties at law or in equity or pursuant to any other Transaction Agreement, including, without limitation, any obligation of contribution, compensation or indemnity under any Environmental Law or under any other Transaction Agreement.

The obligations contained herein are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any other obligations of confidentiality which I may have to MDNA and/or its affiliates (including, without limitation, contractual, fiduciary or otherwise) arising out of my employment with MDNA or the performance by me of my duties of employment or otherwise.
