Obligations During Dispute Resolution Procedures. In the event of any dispute between the Parties in which a party has provided notice of termination for breach under Section 5.2 above, and the dispute is required to be resolved or is submitted for resolution under Section 7.0 below, the termination of this Agreement shall cease and the Parties shall continue to perform under the terms of this Agreement until the final resolution of the dispute.
