Obligations during the Enforcement of the Pledge. The Pledgor undertakes to cooperate with the Pledgee and to perform all actions as may be necessary in order for the Pledge to be exercised successfully and with the highest possible proceeds, including submitting to the Pledgee all required records and documents related to the Movable Assets and the enforcement of the Pledge. The Pledgor is obliged to allow and to accept the satisfaction of the Secured Receivables through the enforcement of the Pledge even if any of the Secured Receivables is time-barred.
