Obligations for Commercialization. Clinigen shall use Diligent Efforts to Commercialize the Licensed Product in each Country in the Territory in accordance with the then-current Marketing Plan and to ensure that Licensed Product intended for sale in the Territory is not exported from or sold outside of the Territory.
