Common use of Obligations Joint and Several Clause in Contracts

Obligations Joint and Several. (a) Each Term Loan Borrower agrees that it shall, jointly with the other Term Loan Borrowers and severally, be liable for all the Obligations in respect of the Term Loans and Term Loan Commitments (the "Term Loan Obligations"). Each Term Loan Borrower further agrees that the Term Loan Obligations of the other Term Loan Borrowers may be extended and renewed, in whole or in part, without notice to or further assent from it, and that it will remain bound upon its agreement hereunder notwithstanding any extension or renewal of any Term Loan Obligation of the other Term Loan Borrowers.
