Obligations Not Exhaustive. Each Shareholder acknowledges that the obligations contained in this Article are not in substitution for any obligations which such Shareholder and Related Individual may now or hereafter owe to the Corporation or any Shareholder and which exist apart from this Article and do not replace any rights of the Corporation or any Shareholder with respect to any such obligation.
Obligations Not Exhaustive. 6.1 The Executive acknowledges that the obligations contained in this Part III are not in substitution for any obligations which such Executive may now or hereafter owe to the Corporation and which other obligations exist apart from this Part III and that the obligations contained in this Part III do not replace any rights of the Corporation with respect to any such other obligation.
