Common use of Obligations Not Reduced Clause in Contracts

Obligations Not Reduced. The obligations of each Subsidiary Guarantor hereunder shall not be satisfied, reduced or discharged by any intermediate payment or satisfaction of the whole or any part of the principal, interest and other monies or amounts which may at any time be or become owing or payable under or by virtue of or otherwise in connection with the Floating Rate Notes or this Agreement.
