It is expressly understood and agreed that the covenants, agreements and restrictions undertaken by or imposed on Executive and, the Company hereunder, which are stated to exist or continue after termination of Executive's employment with the Company, shall exist and continue irrespective of the method or circumstances of such termination for the respective periods of time set forth herein.
