Obligations of Agency. The debts, liabilities, and obligations of the Agency shall not be the debts, liabilities, and obligations of the Members. Any Member may separately contract for, or assume responsibility for, specific debts, liabilities, or obligations of the Agency. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to limit the applicability of the provisions of Government Code Section 895.6.
