Common use of OBLIGATIONS OF EXHIBITOR Clause in Contracts

OBLIGATIONS OF EXHIBITOR. If Exhibitor fails to perform any of its obligations hereunder, EAA may, in its sole discretion, do any or all of the following in addition to any specific remedy stated elsewhere in the Contract Terms: (a) terminate this Application; (b) remove Exhibitor (and its employees, agents, and volunteers) from the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh grounds; (c) bar Exhibitor from future EAA events; (d) seek damages or other legal relief against Exhibitor;
