Obligations of General Partners Pending Closing. From and after the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, each H/SIC General Partner, only with respect to the H/SIC Partnership of which such H/SIC General Partner is a general partner and the H/SIC Property owned by the H/SIC Partnership of which such H/SIC General Partner is a general partner, covenants and agrees as follows:
