Common use of Obligations of Holders Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Holders. It shall be a condition precedent to the obligation of the Company to register any Registrable Securities pursuant hereto that each Holder shall (i) furnish to the Company such information regarding the Registrable Securities and the intended method of disposition thereof and other information concerning such Holder as the Company shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the registration statement to be filed by the Company, and (ii) agree to abide by such additional customary terms affecting the proposed offering as may be reasonably requested by the managing underwriter of such offering.

It shall be a condition precedent to the obligation of the Company to register take any Registrable Securities action pursuant hereto to this Agreement in respect of the securities which are to be registered at the request of any Holder that each such Holder shall (i) furnish to the Company such information regarding such Holder or Holders, the Registrable Securities securities held by such Holder and the intended method of disposition thereof and other information concerning such Holder as the Company shall reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with the registration statement to be filed action taken by the Company, and (ii) agree to abide by such additional customary terms affecting the proposed offering as may be reasonably requested by the managing underwriter of such offering.
