Common use of Obligations of Issuing Lenders Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Issuing Lenders. Each Issuing Lender (other than the Administrative Agent) hereby agrees that it will not issue a Letter of Credit hereunder until it has provided the Administrative Agent with notice specifying the amount and intended issuance date of such Letter of Credit and the Administrative Agent has returned a written acknowledgment of such notice to such Issuing Lender. Each of the Issuing Lenders and the Administrative Agent agrees to provide such notices and acknowledgement promptly upon the Borrower’s request for a Letter of Credit provided such request satisfies all of the requirements provided herein. Each Issuing Lender (other than the Administrative Agent) further agrees to provide to the Administrative Agent: (A) a copy of each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender promptly after its issuance; (B) a monthly report summarizing available amounts under Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender, the dates and amounts of any draws under such Letters of Credit, the effective date of any increase or decrease in the face amount of any Letters of Credit during such month and the amount of any unreimbursed draws under such Letters of Credit; and (C) such additional information reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time with respect to the Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Lender.
