Common use of Obligations of Lessee to Cooperate Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Lessee to Cooperate. If any of the Lessee Transponders fail to meet the Transponder Performance Specifications, then Lessee shall use reasonable efforts to cooperate and aid PanAmSat in curing such failure; provided that such efforts can be done at minimal or no cost to Lessee, unless reimbursed by PanAmSat.
