Obligations of Licensee on termination. 27.3.1. Immediately upon termination of this Agreement upon request from ATOC or RSP the Licensee shall at its own cost, return to ATOC or RSP or any person nominated by them by recorded postal delivery all materials and other information relating to this Agreement supplied to the Licensee and any material using the names of any of the Rail Products. The Licensee shall also, if so requested by ATOC, surrender to ATOC all Tickets held by or on behalf of the Licensee (for which ATOC shall reimburse the Licensee the verifiable invoiced purchase cost of such Rail Products).
