Common use of Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund Clause in Contracts

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. (a) MassMutual will provide, or has provided, to the Sub-Adviser, such information or documents as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. (a) MassMutual will provide, or has provided, to the Sub-Adviser, Adviser copies of the items referenced in Section 1(a)(iii)-(vi) and such other information or documents as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. (a) MassMutual will provide, or has provided, to the Sub-Adviser, such information or documents (including the documents which MassMutual is obligated to supply under this Agreement) as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

(b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts accounts, futures and options accounts, and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. (a) MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such information as may be reasonably necessary for the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. In addition, MassMutual will provide, or has provided, to the Sub-Adviser, such information or documents as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

(a) During the term hereof, MassMutual will provide, or has provided, to the Sub-Adviser, such information or documents as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including without limitation any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. Throughout the term of this Sub-Advisory Agreement, MassMutual shall continue to provide such information and documents to the Sub-Adviser, including any amendments, updates or supplements to such information or documents before or at the time the amendments, updates or supplements become effective. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. MassMutual shall cause the Sub-Adviser to be kept fully informed at all times with regard to securities owned by the Fund, its funds available, or to become available, for investment, and generally as to the condition of the Fund’s affairs. MassMutual shall timely furnish the Sub-Adviser with such additional information as may be reasonably necessary for or requested by the Sub-Adviser to perform its responsibilities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts and other accounts as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.

Obligations of MassMutual and the Fund. (b) MassMutual shall provide such assistance to the Sub-Adviser in setting up and maintaining brokerage accounts accounts, futures and options accounts, and other accounts and trading documentation as the Sub-Adviser shall reasonably request to allow for the purchase or sale of various forms of securities pursuant to this Sub-Advisory Agreement.
