Obligations of Member by Assignment. Anyone who becomes a member as a result of a permitted assignment of a membership interest assumes all of the obligations of the assignor, including liabilities unknown to the assignee at the time the assignee became a member. Such member shall be given a copy of this Agreement and be bound to its terms and provisions, and such member shall evidence his or her acceptance thereof in writing.
