Obligations of Members to Report Allocations. The Members are aware of the income tax consequences of the allocations made by this Article 17 and hereby agree to be bound by the provisions of this Article 17 in reporting their shares of Company income and loss for income tax purposes.

The Members are aware of the income tax consequences of the allocations made by this Article 17 ARTICLE VI and SECTION 10.4 and hereby agree agree, unless otherwise required by law or by agreement with government authorities, to be bound by the provisions of this Article 17 in reporting report their shares of Company income and loss for income tax purposespurposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
