Common use of Obligations of Merger Sub and Surviving Corporation Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Merger Sub and Surviving Corporation. Acquiror shall cause Merger Sub or the Surviving Corporation, as applicable, to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and, prior to the Effective Time, Merger Sub shall not engage in any activities of any nature except as provided in, or contemplated by, this Agreement.

Acquiror Parent shall cause Merger Sub or the Surviving Corporation, as applicable, to perform when due all of its obligations under this Agreement, and, prior to the Effective Time, and Merger Sub shall not engage in any activities of any nature other except as provided in, in or contemplated by, by this Agreement.
