Common use of Obligations of Merger Subs Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Merger Subs. Parent shall cause each Merger Sub, the surviving company in the Initial Merger and the Surviving Company to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Obligations of Merger Subs. Parent shall take all action necessary to cause each of the Merger SubSubs, the surviving company in the Initial Merger First Surviving Corporation and the Surviving Company to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby Transactions, including the Offer and the Mergers, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
