Common use of Obligations of Officer Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Officer. (a) Officer agrees that to the best of Officer’s ability and experience, Officer will at all times loyally and conscientiously perform all of the duties and obligations required of Officer pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Agreement and as directed by the Board or the Supervisor.
