Obligations of Parties regarding calculated Indices. 1. As far as is possible and can reasonably be expected each Party shall provide the other on request with all information available to it on the Indices. This obligation to provide information is limited to information and Index Data which are publicly available. In particular it does not include information and data which are classified as operating or business secrets of the Parties or for which one Party is obliged to observe confidentiality for other reasons. 2. The calculations of the Indices are generated automatically and only monitored by an employee of Solactive during the trading hours of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange (Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse), however at most between 09:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
