Obligations of Professional Business Manager. Professional Business Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to manage and administer the operations of the Office as herein provided so that the actual revenues, costs and expenses of the operation and maintenance of the Office during any applicable period of the Practice’s fiscal year shall be consistent with the Budget.
