Common use of Obligations of Respondent Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE no later than May 25, 2017, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $13,200, as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of an Adopting Order. b. Respondent agrees to abide by the terms of the Notice of Noncompliance Determination, issued on January 13, 2017, also captioned under case number 2016-SW-29007.

Obligations of Respondent. a. Obligations of Respondent. a. Obligations of Respondent. a. If Respondent executes this Compromise Agreement and returns it to DOE no later than May 25July 2, 2017, Respondent agrees to pay the sum of $13,2002015, as full satisfaction of the civil penalty proposed in the Notice, within thirty Respondent agrees to pay a total sum of $150,000, in two (302) calendar days equal installments of $75,000 each on or before the issuance of an Adopting Orderfollowing dates: August 31, 2015 February 29, 2016. b.
