Obligations of SAE. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall, prevent SAE from taking or failing to take any action that it is obligated to take (or fail to take) in the performance of any fiduciary duty or as otherwise required by applicable law, which SAE owes to any other person or entity as applicable.
