Common use of Obligations of SANOFI Clause in Contracts

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of DKK 78,000 (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 (DKK 78,000 100.000) (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 3,352.5 (DKK 78,000 25,000) (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of DKK 78,000 126,000 (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400126,000).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of DKK 78,000 100,00 (€ 13,424) (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 10,079 (DKK 78,000 75.000) (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.400).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of DKK 78,000 15,979 (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 78,000 ex. VAT, DKK 62.40015.979).
