Common use of Obligations of SANOFI Clause in Contracts

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 (DKK 100.000) (the “Financial Contribution”).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 (DKK 100.000) 126,000 (the “Financial Contribution”). The amount will be paid directly to the “Organizer” (DKK 126,000).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of DKK 100,00 (€ 13,407.32 (DKK 100.00013,424) (the “Financial Contribution”).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 (DKK 100.000) 46,400.00 DKK. This contribution will be paid to the Atopisk Eksemforening. Funds will be used to pay Decisions, the consultancy helping out on this project. (the “Financial Contribution”).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 10,079 (DKK 100.00075.000) (the “Financial Contribution”).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 (DKK 100.000) 62,500.00 DKK. This contribution will be paid to the Atopisk Eksemforening. All of the funds raised will be used to pay Decisions for the campaign based on the suggestion and budget prepared by Decisions (the “Financial Contribution”).

Obligations of SANOFI. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sanofi shall support the Project by means of a financial contribution in the amount of € 13,407.32 3,352.5 (DKK 100.00025,000) (the “Financial Contribution”).
