Obligations of SIEMENS. 2.1. SIEMENS shall perform the SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT WORK, which shall be based on the specifications contained in ANNEX 2 and shall comprise the efforts and activities set forth in ANNEX 3 to this Agreement. SIEMENS will - at its sole discretion - perform developments and tests at SIEMENS’ or SIEMENS’ AFFILIATES premises or at hospital sites.
