Common use of Obligations of Subdivided Leases Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Subdivided Leases. Be released from -------------------------------- the overall obligations expressed in this Lease to pay rent and to carry out specific levels of construction within specific periods, provided, however that each such parcel shall be subject to an appropriate proportionate share of such obligations such that the total of such obligations divided among separated leases is not less than the total of such obligations expressed in this Lease. All other obligations imposed by this Lease shall apply to each such separate parcel as an undivided shared obligation. As to any conflict between the Subdivided Leases or all of them and this Lease, the terms of this Lease shall govern.
