Common use of Obligations of Successors Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Successors. It is mutually agreed that all the provisions hereof are to be construed as covenants and agreements as though the words imparting such covenants were used in each separate paragraph hereof, and that, except as restricted by the provisions of Section 12 hereof entitled "Assignment and Sublease" all the provisions hereof shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
